What it is
"Nobody's Home" is the third single from Avril Lavigne's 2004 album Under My Skin, written with Ben Moody and produced by Don Gilmore. The slower alternative-rock track centres on a troubled young woman who has no comforting place to turn. Lavigne said she was inspired by a former high school friend who was heading down a troubled path.
