These terms cover your use of Sanzi at joinsanzi.com, run by Batiste Media LLC. By using Sanzi, you agree to them. Questions go to [email protected].

What Sanzi is

Sanzi recommends media (films, shows, books, songs, games, podcasts and more) based on what you tell it. Sanzi is not therapy, counseling, medical advice or crisis care. If you're in danger or thinking about hurting yourself, call or text 988 in the US, or call 911.

How picks are made

Sanzi uses artificial intelligence, along with its own library and rules, to choose picks. Picks are suggestions, not advice, and AI can make mistakes. See our Privacy Policy for how check-ins are handled.

Your account

You must be 13 or older to use Sanzi.
Keep access to your email or sign-in account secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
Don't misuse Sanzi: no scraping, automated access, reselling, or trying to get around limits or payments.

Free use and memberships

Free accounts get three check-ins per day, resetting at midnight your local time. Posting, comments, the feeds, connecting and messages are free.
Sanzi Unlimited adds unlimited check-ins and lets you see the 3000 picks on other people's public profiles. The reason someone got a pick is always private to them.
Monthly ($4.99) and annual ($39.99) memberships renew automatically at the same price, charged to the card you used, until you cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Renewal reminders. Annual members get an email at least 15 days before each renewal with the date, the price and a cancel link.
Cancelling is as easy as joining. Use the cancel link in your renewal email, cancel from your Payhip account, or email [email protected] with the word “cancel.” We'll confirm by email, and you won't be charged again.
Unwanted renewals. If you're charged for a renewal you didn't want, email us within 14 days and we'll refund it.
Founder pricing stays at the price you joined at for as long as your membership stays active. If you cancel, rejoining is at the current price.
Founding Lifetime is a one-time payment for Sanzi Unlimited for as long as Sanzi operates. It doesn't include packs, which are sold separately.
Payments are handled by Payhip. Prices are shown before you pay.

Community rules

Don't use posts, comments or messages to harass, threaten or exploit anyone, share anything sexual involving minors, share other people's private information, impersonate anyone, post content you don't have the rights to, or spam. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. You can report posts, comments, messages and accounts in the app. You own what you post, and you let us store and show it so 3000 can work.

Packs

Packs like IDENTITY by 3000 are digital products, delivered right after purchase. Because they're instant downloads, sales are final. If a file doesn't open or something is wrong, email us and we'll make it right.

Recommendations and other people's work

Titles we recommend belong to their creators and rights holders. Batiste Media LLC isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them. Links may take you to other services, which have their own terms and prices. Recommendations include content notes, but you decide what's right for you.

Our content

Sanzi's design, artwork, writing and recommendations belong to Batiste Media LLC. You can share your picks, but you can't copy Sanzi's database or content in bulk.

Ending access

You can stop using Sanzi at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut Sanzi down, we'll give members reasonable notice.

Limits

Sanzi is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, Batiste Media LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is meaningful, we'll update the date above and tell members by email.
